Knitting book!
I was in Barnes and Noble today picking up a copy of Analog (I’m all about the science fiction, baby!) and saw this: Handknit Holidays by Melanie Falick.
Now THAT’s a knitting book I want. Good projects, good imagination, wearable but still interesting.
AlterKnits by Leigh Radford looks good too, if more avant garde. Unfortunately, I have only seen it online, so it’s harder to get a feel for whether it’s worthwhile without leafing through it.
Oh, well. I’m sure I’ll have time to knit for just myself after I hit Jayne hat 3000. Right? Right?
Darn.
