3-5 servings a day

Blackhawk Hardware at Park Road Shopping Center is running a special – a shotglass of winter crop seeds for 99 cents. We went there yesterday to get a few collard and spinach seeds, and now have far more than our garden can hold. We’re especially full up on collards, since those seeds are tiny and an amazing amount fits into a shotglass.

If you’re interested in seeds for spinach or collard greens, let me know.

    I would be interested in collards, but I don’t know if I have enough sun for them…are they at all shade tolerant?

    They like full sun best, but I don’t know how they do in partial shade.
