I vote Designer. It covers lots of territory, and leaves open the possibility of your designing, say, buildings or gardens, or anything you like. Smoothies. Candy bars. The world needs more candy bar designers.

Did you think about the possibility of a double-faced card? You could always do something simplistic and catchy on one side, then elaborate more on the other.
