Well, shit.
10/3: 10/17:
Boy, 2000 yards didn’t last long. And the seller is out.
Didn’t I say something about it being time to get a wholesale license? It may not help, since I hear that the mill itself won’t produce more for a couple of weeks… but still.
All my orders will be filled, but there’s gotta be a better way.
I’m glad you included the cat for scale. 🙂

Okay … that much knitting in just two weeks is scary!!

In fairness, it’s not just me knitting. I started offering knitting kits on Sept 26th, so that people could make their own. I’ve sold 38 kits so far. Some of those were cotton, some just wanted a pompom and the pattern or just the pattern and needles, so let’s say 32 with yarn. It takes about 70 yards of yellow for the pattern, so 32*70=2240. Plus the ones that I’m making myself, of course.
So it’s not just for me, it’s for the army of Jayne hat knitters out there!

You should check out the Lorien store. I know they had yellow in stock a few weeks ago, and they were about to order more. And their prices and customer service are great!
I got my Donors Choose yarn today – it’s goooorgeous. So yummy 🙂
